Features

• "RO-S series Hydraulic Rolling Machine" adopts double-wheel hydraulic pressurizing mechanism, specially designed for mass production.
• The surface of pressure wheel is covered with PU material, which is wear-resistant, elastic and hard to damage the workpiece.
• The surface of pressure shaft is treated with chrome plating to improve the wear resistance, preventing the accumulated wear caused by long-term use from affecting the formed size of workpiece.
• Adopting Delta PLC control system and Delta HMI operation interface, realizing a variety of special forming functions, such as oblong and half circle. Plus, it can be customized with special forming functions according to customer's need.
• The rotating mechanism of the pressure wheel adopts Delta servo motor system and high-precision servo reducer, providing high torque and high precision.
• The oil pressure cooling system adopts the active air cooling mechanism, ensuring that the oil temperature is stable and does not overheat during long-term operation.
• Each size of workpiece requires a dedicated mold(roller tube).
• Can be modified according to customer's need.
